Return & Refund Policy
At Luckockos Hair, we are committed to providing you with premium 100% human hair products. We understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary. Please read our policy carefully to ensure a smooth process.
1. 30-Day Return Window We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
2. Condition of the Hair (Crucial) Due to hygiene and health regulations, we can only accept returns on hair products that have NOT been worn, washed, styled, colored, or altered in any way.
For Lace Products (Wigs, Closures, Frontals): The lace MUST remain uncut and in its original, factory condition. If the lace has been cut or altered, the item is strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
All original tags, packaging, and free gifts (if applicable) must be included in the return package.
3. Return Process To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer service team at support@luckockoshair.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a clear photo/video of the product showing its original condition (especially the uncut lace), and the reason for the return.
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as they will not be accepted.
Please provide us with the return tracking number once you have shipped the package.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Our Fault: If you received the wrong item or a defective product, Luckockos Hair will cover the return shipping costs.
Customer's Responsibility: If the return is due to customer remorse (e.g., ordered the wrong length/texture, changed mind), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
5. Refunds & Restocking Fees
No Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee for returns that meet our conditions.
Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3-5 business days), we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
